Michael E. Attorney Grueschow has tried more than one-hundred and seventy-five (175) civil and criminal cases to a jury during his career, as well as handled over two thousand (2000) administrative claims and appeals, including social security disability claims and appeals.

CRIMINAL DEFENSE: Attorney Grueschow is a former Assistant Portage County Prosecutor

and a former Associate Portage County Public Defender. Michael represents clients in all felony, misdemeanor, and traffic cases for both adults and juveniles.

Attorney Grueschow handles all family law matters in both the Domestic Relations Courts and Juvenile Courts in Northeast Ohio including the following matters: Divorce, Dissolution of Marriage, Legal Separation, Child Support and Spousal Support, Custody and Visitation, and Adoption, Mr. Grueschow also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem representing the best interests of minor children in the Portage County court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division.
